Since 1999, the company has developed a talented, solid and determined staff but it was years earlier that Select Title & Escrow, Inc. began. 

Select Title & Escrow, Inc. was founded by Anna Lee. Her education has prepared her well for her current role. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Economics from George Washington University, she entered the University of Maryland School of Law. There she earned her J.D. in May 1990, again with honors.

She continued her success as an attorney for the United States Postal Service; she advised various departments on a host of complex and important issues. Specifically, Anna provided legal analysis and recommendations on the legality of new postal projects. 

Seeking new challenges, Anna Lee soon moved into the private sector. She became the supervising attorney for a title company--founded by Intak Lee, Esq., her father, mentor and long-time attorney--serving Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and began to develop her deep expertise in the industry. She started a new firm, Select Title & Escrow, Inc. Under her direction, the firm emerged as one of the top title agencies in the business. Select Title & Escrow, Inc. has a stellar reputation for top-not work and general excellence. Anna Lee continues to work with Intak Lee in various legal areas, including lender counsel work.

Anna Lee’s business philosophy stresses the personal approach to each client and every case that presents itself. “All of my clients deserve and receive my full attention. I work closely with them to make sure they understand the process every step of the way,“ she says. “I don’t feel comfortable doing business any other way.”
